Notification for the Land Acquisition Case No. 01/2015-16/A-82 Samlur Tank an Canal Construction Project

Notification under section 19(1) of  Land Acquisition Act 2013. 

Executive Engineer , Water Resources Dakshin Bastar Dantewada have proposed to acquired 3.807 Hec private land at village Samlur of Patwari Halka NO 08 of Tahasil Geedam , for the construction of water tank and Canals at village Samlur. 

This notification is being published in the above connection as per the Section 19(1) of Land Acquisition Act 2013.
