For the supply of medicines / surgical equipment and consumables in the subordinate health institutions under Medical and Health Officer, District South Bastar Dantewada (CG), the office had invited sealed short tender / rate contract letter number / 2342/Muchia/Tender Purchase/2024-25 Dantewada, dated 05/09/2024. Due to unavoidable reasons, the scheduled time-table and the conditions of the tender are partially amended as follows.

1. Revised – Last date for receiving tender / rate contract form 05/10/2024 till 3.00 pm

2. Revised – Last date for submission of sealed tender 10/10/2024 till 3.00 pm

3. Revised – Date of opening of tender / rate contract 10/10/2024  4.00 pm
