All registered contractors are hereby informed by the Municipal Council, Kirandul, that partial amendments have been made—as detailed below—to the Online E-Tender (System Tender No. 186888) invited vide the Municipal Council, Kirandul’s Letter No. 1808, dated 09.03.2026:

Tenders are hereby invited, under the manual method using Tender Form ‘A’ (Form-A), via Registered Post/Speed ​​Post, from contractors/firms registered in the competent category under the Integrated Registration System. These tenders are invited for the following works, based on the Schedule of Rates (SOR) issued by the Chhattisgarh Public Works Department—specifically the Building SOR dated 01/01/2015 and the Road SOR dated 01/01/2015—as amended up to the date of the tender:

1. Last date and time for submission of applications for Tender Forms: 06/04/2026, up to 5:00 PM
2. Last date and time for issuance of Tender Forms (following scrutiny): 07/04/2026, up to 5:00 PM
3. Last date and time for receipt of Tenders at the office: 14/04/2026, up to 3:00 PM
4. Date and time for opening of Tenders: 14/04/2026, at 4:00 PM

The applicable SORs are those issued by the Chhattisgarh Public Works Department: Building/Road SORs dated 01/01/2015 and 01/01/2025; Electrical SOR dated 01/07/2020; and PHED SOR 2020 (as amended up to the date of issuance).
