DMF had issued invitation of  EOI from Registered Organizations, firms/ companies for the preparation of Master Plan/ vision Document vide EOI No. 4878 Date 09/10/20 and No. 5232 Date 31/10/20. This EOI stands cancelled. Refer the attached document.

Gradation List of Clerical Staff (Assistant Grade III, Assistant Grade II, Stenographer, Steno Typist), Drivers and Class 4 employees (Daftari, Mal Jamadar, Peon, Chaukidar, Ardali, Farras etc) as on 01/04/2019 is enclosed herewith.

After rectifying the claims and objections received till 5 PM of 16.10.2020 by duly constituted committee, integrated gradation list of Teachers (panchayat) (Rural/Urban) has been prepared for each post and has been published by the office of Zila Panchayat, Dakshin Bastar Dantewada on 19/10/2020. 

Enclosed is the notice and the post wise gradation list.

In accordance with the list received from Block Education Officers one integrated Preliminary Gradation list of teachers (Rural and Urban) has been prepared and is enclosed designation wise here with. Those employees who ever may have objection to this list may please register their objections by 5 PM of 16.10.2020 at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilapanachayat Dantewada.
