The second tender notice has been invited for providing food to the in-patients admitted in the hospital and the pregnant women under J.S.S.K. by the office of the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Hospital Superintendent, District Hospital Dantewada, dated 03.01.2025. Due to mistake, the tender starting date has been mentioned as 03.01.2021, which should be read as 03.01.2025, the remaining dates will remain the same.

Tenders are invited from contractors/firms registered in the competent category under the Integrated Registration System for the following works on the basis of Road/Building SOR dated 01/01/2015 and Electricity SOR dated 01/07/2020 and PHED SOR 2020 issued by Chhattisgarh Public Works Department and revised till the tender date, in Tender Form B at non-SOR item rate through registered post/speed post through manual method.

2. Last date and time for issue of tender form after scrutiny – 09/01/2025 till 5:00 PM

3. Last date and time for receipt of tender in the office – 14/01/2025 till 3:00 PM

Tender was published through open tender method for providing food to inpatients admitted in the hospital and pregnant women under J.S.S.K. by the tender of office of Civil Surgeon cum Chief Hospital Superintendent District Hospital Dantewada, due to lack of three eligible tenderers in the said published tender, second tender is again invited.
